I'm on my own, and tried to make curry, but I've burnt it (well, I think so, definitely isn't right), and the rice is all gooey.

So I'm going to have either a pizza or cheese on toast

Let's be clear - if you can't cook rice, you're never going to amount to much in the culinary world. It's the key to curry, chilli - life, basically.

I can normally do it alright, don't know what went wrong.

Decided on a spicy beef pizza.

Too hot to do real cooking so baked spud in Microwave with Tuna & salad.

May well decide to accompany this with a cold alcoholic beverage from the fridge.

I made some steak in a marinade that I sort of winged and all but cooked it then Paddy launched it on the BBQ with some king prawns, we had fat chips, salads and chunky bread.

Frozen yoghurt and blueberries for pudding.
