Waiting at a chekout in S****burys, I saw the bloke in front had a box of 'Free Range Baking Eggs'.
Can anyone tell me the difference between an ordinary egg, and a baking egg?

I challenged this wannabe chef at work today to make me a sprout doughnut. I'll let everyone know if it gets made, and also how possibly lovely it might be. Maybe, just maybe, it'll be a dollop of homemade sprout jam in the middle, which be incredibly weird, i think, but possibly horribly lovely too.
