This was just posted on Wrexham's Red Passion regarding our esteemed chairman and ex fat chairman.

As far as I am aware, neither Guterman NOR Hamilton have ever 'in their own right' owned any shares in Wrexham FC and so neither should ever have been Directors of the club, let alone Chairmen.

To be a director of a limited company you don't have to own shares in that company unless it specifies that you do in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of that Company.
