Nike dont officially offer player version for Brighton (reserved for the 'bigger' clubs)
So this is definitely a replica/fake shirt - having said that, I have seen them close up and they are great quality, so ..............

A player worn shirt, I get. but a slightly different version that still has tags on? What a weird concept.

Done a Frexit, now in London
There's a subreddit with some very knowledgable people one who can help identify them. Usually, the tags are a giveaway, search the product code, Nike does different codes for each team. Facebook probably has a similar group.

They sell "player versions" on the likes of temu. Make of that what you will.

Probably someone has realised they've bought a fake and are trying to offload it (or they're buying from there to sell on)

Also from a quick look online at "match photography" from our games this season, the stitching at the top of the stripes is blue in real life, not white like in the pic attached.

Wrong shade of blue, especially for American Express. And no pattern in the match shirts.

So defo fake

Fake for me too, precisely because of the wrong shade of blue for the logo. Amex are fiercely insistent that their logo is correct in proportion, colour, typeface, everything wherever it's shared (I know from bitter personal experience!)

Won't find them on Temu, might get one at a street market in Delhi or the like!

I seem to remember a similar issue with football shirts for a certain equine themed bank

100% fake, categorically, we do not have player spec kit.
