probably very few. for all the fuss, theres little call for it.
i recall seeing the list of all those that had applied for a late (ie after 11pm) licence in the Evening Standard just after the change of law. two page spread. sounds alot but thats for one of the largest cities in Europe, and included all the clubs that had late licences before and hotels that have bar open all night.
