To be fair to him the shot he 'should have scored', was put in the bottom corner and Onana made a very decent save. If he'd taken the shot a fraction earlier he probably would have caught the keeper out and scored, but that will come with match sharpness.

He’s right to be cautious. & so should we. If the guy had already rediscovered his pre injury form Barca would no way be loaning him, especially not to us. This loan is mostly about them testing out a player in a physical league, with more game time that they could give him, to see if he breaks...

To state the obvious, IF we did loan him for the season... there's no chance of signing him permanently right? Too good for that? Surely Barca would want him back? Or if he did well with us it would be a shop window for clubs with deeper pockets...
