I think the difference is these South Americans have come to us after playing in their local leagues. Adult football is a great learning experience, while the U23s just isn't the same. Having said that, RDZ seems less hesitant than any manager we've had in throwing in the youngsters

I wouldn't say he warned against Encisco... he said he was more of a gamble than Caicedo. Spot on in my book as Caicedo clearly has the talent and physique to be world class. Enciso's cameo was very encouraging, but he's not in Caicedo's class.
