In that Channel 4 interview the other night he maintained his composure sufficiently to have a completely gratuitous swipe at Blackburn Rovers.

He was asked a question along the lines of the solidarity of the opposition party, and he said "the Blackburn Rovers wall against Trelleborg in the Champions League was more solid ".

Campbell supports Burnley. Added sweetness was Jack Straw (not the Albion one) who dropped him in it with the Horlicks comment is Blackburn MP.

whatever you think of the guy, he has done a pretty amazing job for his boss
