    I posted similar at the time it happened, and got shot down a bit because someone said their form had been poor and it was a “false position” (kind of like us under Wilkins that one season). I was of the opinion he was overachieving with a poor squad. Needless to say, I had the last laugh.

    Southampton in the mud. Lost their last four league games in a row - 5-0, 1-4, 0-1, 2-1. Lost to winless (before today) Middlesbrough this afternoon and their fans want Russell Martin OUT. Norwich thumped 6-2 at Plymouth(!)

    Watched Southampton get a deserved thrashing tonight at home to Leicester - they look in huge trouble in my opinion.
