Imho we need to get rid of Lamptey. He's at the age where he has to be registered as a squad member. We know he can't play RB. So he's effectively a versatile but injury prone luxury. Love the kid but sometimes you have to move on.

We already have one of the biggest squads in the league (thank goodness given our injuries), if we don't get rid of a decent amount of players but do sign some we will have a Chelsea style squad.

Stumping up the money being the difficult part. We didn't do it when we lost our two best CMs. No reason we will start now. We've invested shit loads in potential. That's where we are at.

Where is this magic player tree? Because some of those exits leave a serious experience gulf and massive positional weakness and another bunch of south American kids won't be enough.
