Trossard no (but a different manager may have been kinder to him), Sanchez yes (but we've been over this one on here before). So we don't need to discuss any further ;)
I think I was just light-heartedly pointing out that RDZ seems to have publicly fallen out with more players in one year than...
Dunno, he started with Trossard, moved on to Sanchez, then fell out with Dahoud and now Fati is in the firing line. Maybe he likes to have a fall guy to keep the rest onside
That game last night was the first time Fati really looked a cut above everyone else on the pitch.
When he burst through the middle for the first i just knew he was going to score way before he actually shot. Trying to think of the last player we had who you could say that about. Knockaert in...
Essentially because there isn't much distance between us and Barca. It's not like when a Spanish superstar came to slum it in the middle of the championship.
Just wanted to flag on here how brilliant I thought his finish was last night. So simple, so balanced, just caressed into the net, it was awesome and really showcased how easy he can make the game look.
Interesting i guess. I'm sure it won't be something at daft as 'Barca asking for more money', more likely to be then wanting to spread the payment out to cover a longer period of time, or we pay for the past three months and get the last three months of his loan next year for free.
I don't...
I'm expecting him to be more Vicente - to look really really bloody amazing every now and again and getting everyone talking about him forever, but ultimately to not really make much of a difference and to end up missing a lot of games through one injury or another...
To be fair Brighton fans aren't the only people annoyed that Murray was let go. From the Palace forum today....

yeah, but the release clause would have been more than that.
Could have had a year of Kudus and made a profit, compared to a year of Fati and making a loss.
Maybe its just the Enciso injury that changes things.
But hey, if the club reckon Fati is really THAT good, I'm on board
Feels a little strange that we wouldn't put a release clause in Kudus' contract, but are happy to loan a player in the same position and return him for nothing in a year.
