Has the Argus gone behind a paywall for good now, does anybody know? All the links to Argus articles fade out after a couple of lines like the Telegraph and The Athletic. Was this something that they announced, or have they just suddenly decided to block non-subscribers?

Somewhere there would have been a point where I would imagine he would turn round and say, OK then (with a massive sell-on clause). No idea what the figure would need to be, but obviously it would be massive, way out of Leeds' price range (and probably way above what would have been a fair price...

Fair enough - I quite agree that we should let fans of other teams on here, but also that there should be cut off points (as Killer Whale discovered). My opinion is that a cut off point has been reached for this thread - it was funny when Leeds were claiming he was their player and all that...
