What is the evidence for this?

What is this license and who gives it? I know nothing about making and releasing a film. Is this the BBFC classification, or are you talking about something different? Would a "film" being streamed (rather than being released in cinemas) require this license?

It was originally due for release in August 2022 (this from the West Ham programme in May 2022):- So not far off being two years behind the publicly-stated date.

This project is being independently produced by Matthew Lorenzo but I think it's pretty clear the club are heavily involved - Trailer released for Albion documentary

Let's be honest, the club has "previous" when it comes to stuff like this. Anyone remember the video/DVD history of the club that Dick Knight was heavily involved in? It was due to be released as a 3-part series; part one was released (in 2002?) as "Flight of the Seagull" (Part 1 from 1901 -...
