Another vote for Sony being utter shit. My old man has a Sony Bravia and I've spent hours trying to fix the bloody thing as the last software update has failed and you can't access Netflix etc. The store advised to turn it off / on again FFS. I have 2 LG telly's and I wouldn't put you off them...
