Seconded here. As raised on another thread. Of course, I'll buy tickets for my kids for one of the biggest matches in the club's history - but the timing feels unnecessary given the strain on Dec/Jan finances. Why couldn't the deadline have been, say, February 1? Still a full 42 days before...

Pffft! The problem is other fans!

They're ready at 9am because they they have to be. Many folk would have just arrived at work, be travelling, be in a lecture etc. But anyway, it's a side issue.

3) It very much matters if you're in tier two and rushing to get tickets.... especially when 2) someone makes a crap admin error.
