All sorted, I didn't realize you had to delete the username as well as all the text

I've deleted all the text within the quote, or are you saying you need to delete the bit where the username shows? I'm using a mobile... Maybe it's different?

I did but after I leave the thread and reopen it the message is still there, and doesn't go

I'll try to be as precise as possible So on a specific thread I was going to reply to massage via the quote/reply function. The message came up and I started to type a reply, then clicked off the thread. Now everytime I open the thread I get the quoted message in the place where you type...
