    I think the new measures are sensible, it's not feasible to euthanize 50k to 100k dogs and many will be in the hands of decent owners. I just dont have any faith the police will be tough on anyone who flouts the rules, there's lots around here that are walked without muzzles, probably not...

    I agree they are more likely to be aggressive but alot comes down to the owner IMO. Staffordshire bull terriers are the perfect example of the perfect family dog that in the wrong hands can be dangerous and aggressive.
