Guys, let's firstly give RDZ another two seasons here, second, we WILL not be appointing internally. We will not be appointing a manager just because they played 16 games for us in 2006. We will not be appointed someone just because they say the odd thing about us in the press.

We aren't going to be replacing RDZ with recently retired players with no managerial experience or managers with only Championship experience, just because they've been quoted saying they rate RDZ.
