Might be an element of that for the future. But seems unlikely to have been announced in this way if DA was leaving the club in the short term. As has already been suggested, this makes me think DA is getting an even more senior role meaning he requires some more help.

If they wanted Dunk, why would Ashworth going there make it more likely.

If a club want to find out his current wages and contract situation AND what offers there have been for him they would just speak to his agent …. Ashworth would actually know less than Biss agent if they wanted the inside track.

Why ? Is Bissouma some well kept secret that only Ashworth knows about and has some close relationship with that he can’t wait to follow him. No…. Thought not
