My take on this sort of agrees with your synopsis but in reverse.
By that I mean - I actually thought his involvement was holding Graham Potter back.
Ashworth got very involved in the day to day running of the team after CH left. I always thought, so much so that it pulled the strings too...
I am using the terminology in a legal term from my Legal Training ( from memory as it was many years ago and I am sure they are so old that they are obsolete, given my age and when I studied ) - But the terminology was taught to me back then as being '' a weighing up of the evidence ''
You are right about the definition ''body of evidence'' - but when reviewing a body of evidence much like on a set of scales to see which side of the scales it ''weights'' on to establish which is greater - '' Proponderance'' meaning ''the greater quantity''
Doesn't usually make the Press if the individuals themselves don't show an interest in speaking to the party enquiring - Rejections are normally done behind the scenes if that is the situation. Although I would imagine there are probably the odd exceptions to that situation
Yeh - If he is a on a '' Rolling Contract '' the ''Compromise Agreement'' will most likely be to pay that up - So probably a Years Salary if its a one year rolling Contract or 2 years if it is a 2 years Rolling Contract
For someone like him who is obviously a very clever bloke and has a wealth of knowledge on so many things and is a ''Master of the Analogy'' and very funny sometimes - He can also be as thick as shiite occasionally
Now I repeat - What the F#ck has this got to do with this got to do with the Lewis Dunk discussion ?
You really are putting this Board in Legal jeopardy by referring to someone as a ''Drug Dealer'' and then backing it up with '' the judge came to the conclusion that there was no evidence...
What the F#ck you on about ? - What has this conversation about Lewis Dunk got to do with that ?
Explain yourself and I would be more than happy to pass your comments on the ''the Greeks'' Lawyers
I don't say that for sure the club would let him go. But I do say that Lewis himself would if the money was right. I know what his attitude in the past has been when other clubs have come in for him.
These Clubs might have 4 different players that they are targeting for a certain position. All it would take is for someone to say. Forget those other three and go all in and pay what Brighton would want for Dunk because they think he could potentially keep them up
