    Just back from fishing on the river near Henfield. A few rumbles of thunder and some very dark clouds about in the last couple of hours. Absolutely lashed it down on the way home

    Impressive sound and light storm over B Hill at 5 am for an hour or so…..constant rolling thunder and lightning flashes. Just what I needed after getting to bed at 1am after getting home from FGR :laugh:

    V heavy rain and thunder in B Hill now........ Edit.......absolutely huge bang, something must have taken a hit nearby. Not sure I've ever heard a lightning strike like it.

    Drove into Brighton from Burgess Hill around 11, absolutely hammering down North of the Downs, traffic only moving at 30-40mph on the A23 with lightning and loud thunder all around. Brilliant :D
