I’d wager that BW would much rather be playing for them than us, even more so after their decent first season back in the top flight, so their league position is certainly relevant.
It is very true, but alongside that, at top clubs you’re man managing a lot of world renowned players with massive profiles who have arguably a lot more power than the manager. Not easy.
Love the way he sits on his bucket or squats, watching like a dispassionate spectator as his team head for defeat, as though it’s nothing to do with him and he can do nothing to try and affect the result.
