Its a comedy sketch unfortunately, didnt know the first time I saw it but later found the truth. Here's a longer version with subs:

Word. The interview made with him after this though, where they were talking about the incident, was just plain ugly bullshit though. They treated him like a kid or a retard just because his English was pretty bad.
