The book ‘This Naked Mind’ has helped a lot of people. Including me! The author also runs ‘The Alcohol Experiment’ which is a supported programme to stop drinking for 30 days. You get sent an email every day with videos, articles etc. It’s free. And helpful if they do want to stop.
