I was going by your graph, but read the 7.7million as profit. So I'm your opinion are we screwed or not, seriously? People keep saying our wages will go down this year as we have got rid of a lot? I have to be honest, since football got so far up its own backside I'm not concerned anymore. When...

Will it still be only 56% this year though or in your sixth year, that's the golden question. You will not be able to stick to that and keep Dunk if he's as good as you lot say he is.

I read the 7.7 on the graph as a profit. So roughly 15 million in debt.

Did you see how much you spent in wages in your first season in this league?

So we are roughly two million in debt?

Thanks. Well I'm saying nothing, I think that speaks for itself.

The relevance is, you cannot judge someone's 6th year with your 1st year. It's gets more expensive, do you think Dunk will be on the same money he is now in five years time?

I never said it was working out, I said we tried. Do you believe that if you are still here in five years time your wages will not have to go up. To be fair to Benteke he did help us a lot in our first season and without him we would have been sunk. God knows what happened to him though, he has...

Do me a favour if you can? Could you tell me what our wage expenditure was in our first year of premier league football compared to you last year, thanks

Anyway I'm off out, the offer of a 1k bet is on the table. With your infrastructure, world class facilities, wonderful youth teams, outstanding stadium, top notch recruitment and brilliant leadership it's easy money, naturally.

He joined you at 17 and you lot are using him as an example of the infamous world class training facilities :lolol:

The first point is not irrelevant at all, in fact it is totally relevant. Either you don't want to see it or your brain is not up to it, commiserations. The longer you are in this league the higher the wage bill. We had to spend big money to keep Zaha and also to try and bring in a decent level...

Solly March, is that the same Solly March who was at Crystal Palace and then Lewes. He was 17 when he joined Brighton, still any port in a storm. We have always done well with youth players, having seen some of our current youth players we will continue to do so.

Unless you are comparing it to our second year wage bill then it's not really like for like is it? So I will let you lot get on with it. I am willing to be anyone 1k now though that you are relegated before us, any takers?

We are trying to get better players and hold onto our good players. It's easy for you lot to keep hold of someone like knockaert or March, but other teams would actually want Zaha. We cannot get by offering 20k a week and a bag of chips.

I only read a bit of the first paragraph if I'm honest, that was enough for me. Your facilities and the famous 'infrastructure' did not come from Premier league football, it came from a rich owner bankrolling you through the league's.
