I noticed that Beak got the go ahead for their market and tap room thingy. I also noticed the police objected to off-sales but a compromise was made r whereby they could off-sale until 20:30. What’s the issue with selling booze for consumption off the site? There’s numerous places in that area...
They were a good brewery and around in the very early days. I lost track of them quite a long time ago, so have no idea what they got up to in the past 7 years or so.

Nice to see everyone’s favourite independent hand crafted and artisanal brewery giving the man-on-the-street what he wants. I find some craft brewers are getting gimmicky these days.
A cheeky little number from Omnipollo is their new Elvis Smoked Bacon Banana Ice Cream Bourbon Peanut Butter Freakshake IPA. An IPA brewed with bacon, banana, lactose, peanuts and vanilla. Contains nuts.
Might be linguistically challenging a few pints in, but sounds nice nonetheless.

Nice one. These two lads are good. They don’t seem to venture beyond IPAs but what they do, they do very well. Previous brewers at Beavortown and Chicago’s Half Acre, They went from nothing to being sold in Mikkeller within 6 months. A friend was one of the first to sell their stuff over here...
