After todays flumpage, looks like we wont be getting anymore - pretty much nothing forecasted (rain or snow) for the next week. It may be time to put this thread to bed very shortly - at least we actually got some decent snow before Winter finished - shame it never fully laid and caused chaos.

Bits of snow earlier in Eastbourne but due to sleet before, it didnt settle. BBC and Met Office once again forecasting some tonight - and it has gone very dark incredibly quickly now as well - a storm of something is coming. EDIT - Its rain, false alarm - the rest of Sussex is in for it next...

Even if nothing comes tonight, Thursday could be eventful. Nice amount of snow, or a nice shower for everyone.

Looking at various weather sites (BBC, Met Office and MetCheck) it is clear that none of them have a f*cking clue as they are all totally different !! However, most are saying snow (of sorts) tomorrow morning though none agree on time. Metcheck say 5AM, Met Office saying 6AM with more at 10AM...

Well the BBC and Met Office were wrong for Eastbourne, nothing fell at all - rain or snow.

No snow in Eastbourne today, but a drive over the Ashdown Forest earlier shown what were missing. Nice covering up there and the roads were decent as well. Met Office currently showing light snow forecasted for tomorrow morning too.

Looking incredibly cold next week, yet not much in the way of precipitation around, if anything was to fall, due to the temperatures - would it likely fall as snow ? Barely looks like it would make it above 5 during the day, with a much lower wind chill.

Forecasts look to have changed from snow to rain - another non-event. Looks like a tightrope for next week though.

The ever reliable Metcheck is predicting a 90% chance of snow tomorrow - with a 75% chance on Friday for Eastbourne. So I assume its near certain we will see snow of sorts across Sussex ? And at most, just a dusting like last week ?

Typical shite going on - North of Watford Gap gets snow whilst everything South just gets cold heavy rain. No proper snow for nearly 2 years now isnt fair !!

To put it bluntly - what are the chances of seeing any of the white stuff before the end of the year ? Or will it therefore be another boring year with no snow ?

Meant to be FREEZING towards the end of the week/weekend with rain on the way too - we also play up North on Saturday.....surely not ?
