Yep, usually the case with the odd exception.....my favourite film is Shawshank Redemption which was based off a short story by Stephen King ......story itself is no great read but film is amazing. Can't think of many instances where this is the case.

Oh, she's read them.....think she has withdrawal symptoms now. Apparently there's a film to follow. Girls at work have read them as well....say they are embarrassed to admit it but they love them!!

I've not read the book, but think I may have some idea. She seems to think a lot of Christian Grey! Last book I read was 'a thousand splendid suns' which was brilliant but not easy reading.
