    [Misc] summer Pie Fix

Some are yet to differentiate between a pie and a pudding. The pair are best enjoyed sequentially

You actually believe all this stuff masquerading as journalism?

    Yes but apart from that...

[Politics] Sir Keir Starmer’s route to Number 10

Probably a mistake that so many only highlight one of the groups that experience racism and in that they're repeating Abbott's initial error

[Politics] General Election 2024 - The Poll

Between them, Labour and Greens get about 85% of the vote in Pavilion, hence my prior somewhat OTT comment

[Politics] Tory meltdown finally arrived [was: incoming]...

The Conservative Party didn't begin in 1979. They've favoured a big(ger) state in the past, particularly in certain areas.

You obviously haven't watched them much this season.

That cross field pass to instigate things for their second was sublime. Probably even better than Fernandes'

It's in the Express, so I won't be clicking on it. It does seem as though McKenna wants to go to United, but they'd need to want him. Tuchel and Poch are available, and I suspect they're both stronger candidates, but they actually need to sack ETH first. Once that's been resolved, then where...

Welcome. Keep posting. I don't agree with all of this, but it's undoubtedly an astute assessment, so thanks for the contribution.

As one or two others have said, be delighted if it was the case. Can't see it myself. It's broadly horrible in the PL. We've had a fine time of it, after three or four years of just surviving, and have had a wonderful last season or two. It's worse than when we came up though.

Not for me. Be delighted if he's Bart's back-up for next season.

Welcome. You're quite clearly a fan. My expectation is you'll be disappointed with KM -- but feel free to bounce when he's on the touchline for your first game at Portman Road. And, yes, more than willing for you to buy Sarmiento for a price.

We can't all get things right all the time. Your assessment of GP's time here is one that's very, very wrong. But we've done that before. Let's do his departure, which has all sorts on NSC getting terribly upset. What it meant was: -- we got c£25m -- we cleared out our coaching staff ... -- ...

[Music] Classic albums that totally passed you by

It is. Still think the last track -- Cowgirl in the Sand -- is my favourite. I'm not mad on guitar solos, but that's a ten minute track and most of it is the most brilliant 'unsolo' solo.

A while back you mentioned another Miles Davis album, which has passed me by. Which one was it? (I have c6, all studio ones.)
