    [Albion] Potter’s return?

I’d be so, so disinterested in next season if he came back. One of my least favourite Albion managers.

[Albion] Roberto De Zerbi To Leave Albion After Tomorrow's Game

As disappointed as I am, I think the statement from Tony is telling that this was as much Albion’s decision as it was Roberto’s. Phrases like “leaving on good terms” and hoping the fans give him a “wonderful and fully deserved send-off” suggests that this decision suits both parties. All good...

    [Albion] Kieran McKenna

We're not. We're of comparable size and their history is more illustrious than ours.

    [Albion] Kieran McKenna

And this is exactly the kind of arrogance that Chelsea fans used to justify why Caicedo, Cucurella, Potter etc should join them. McKenna should stay put. Ipswich are very well run and are on the up. He'd be mad to leave IMO.
  5. Shooting Star

    [Albion] Danny Welbeck

That's incredible. What's even moreso is that his goal production has remained relatively the same throughout his career and hasn't dropped off (roughly 1 goal per 5 appearances).

[Football] League Two Play-Off Final: Crawley Town vs Crewe Alexandra (Sunday, 13:00)

Come on Crewe. There's only one team in Sussex.

    [Football] FA Cup semi finals

I get angrier about it the more I think of it.

    [Football] FA Cup Replays Scrapped

I think you've decided you don't like my opinion, ignored where I conceded that I could be wrong (see Posh comment) and also overlooked a relevant case study, all whilst being fairly rude in the process.

    [Football] FA Cup Replays Scrapped

100% agree. I'd be eager for somebody with the time and inclination to work out the statistics of how often a lower-ranked team wins the replay (either home or away). I'd imagine it's extremely low. I, for one, am really pleased. Replays are an utter waste of time for me. With very little...

[Albion] Alexis Mac Allister: Albion legend?

    Get in there Ali Mac!

    [Albion] "It was a forcefield..."

One of, if not my favourite Albion memory. Spine-tingling just thinking of it. Hugged a stranger and people standing on their chairs behind me celebrating.

[Albion] The third goal was offside?

This really should be being complained about more than it is. If it were a PL game, fair enough, it probably wouldn't have changed the result either way. But this is a two-legged game. If this apparent VAR error hadn't been made, I don't think we'd be going back to the Amex with a four goal...

[Albion] AS Roma vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

This game was little different to Marseilles away. Gave away two goals in a hostile atmosphere. Only difference last time was that we converted the chance presented at the beginning of the second half to pull it back to 2-1. If we'd done that tonight, could have been all so different. We created...

This is the truth, and that's not a criticism on the current players. Caicedo is just irreplaceable, and Ali Mac is just that class above Billy.

[Albion] AS Roma vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

Welbeck had three really good chances. If one of those goes in, it's game on. 4-0 was not a fair reflection and the dodgy VAR call killed the game. We are always most vulnerable after conceding, a la Newcastle away last season.

[Albion] The third goal was offside?

Pundits pointed out red line was missing but they had it for the first goal. What's going on?

[Football] Europa League Play offs - Second Leg

Anyone else getting whiplash between all the sudden camera angle and noise changes during that penalty shootout?
  18. Shooting Star

    [Albion] Jeremy Sarmiento

Best bit of this evening. Ipswich fans singing his name for about 5 minutes straight after the goal. Delighted for him!

Such an uncomfortable watch. Second best all game and our passing for 80 minutes was so sloppy. Wish we'd seen Baleba. Is he injured?
