Wycombe Wanderers have announced that
striker Leon Knight, 25, has left the

terminated by mutual consent.

A work colleague of mine recently returned from Portugal having spotted this Bar and then presented me with a photo of it.
Is it or was it run by an Albion fan? There does appear to be a large Albion sticker on the outside.
Anyone been there?
Just curious like.
Right, I'd best start reclaiming the -10,000 brownie points I've accrued this morning. :dunce:
Have a lovely day darling ;) :drink:
If Lewes win their rearranged match at Banbury (tonight Tues 28th), they have a home draw against Oxford on 16th December.
Obviously, there is no point telling anyone this as all of NSC will be at Oldham that day to see if it's 90 degrees Fahrenheit again.
...to the Albion fan who gave me a spare ticket on Saturday.
I had very cleverly left my ticket at home and didn't realise until I went to get on the bus at 2.25 and had no voucher to give to the driver :dunce:
Think they're on at the Concorde tonight?
Anyway, saw them in Pompey last night and they were superb. My ears are still ringing. Did new stuff, some Cinerama songs and a handful of old Wedding Present songs.
Support band were a Dutch band called Persil who were OK when they did their guitar...
A word for anyone thinking of going to the Evening Star tomorrow - don't.
It's closed all day because they're having the floors in the toilets sorted out (or sdomething like that).
Bit of a long shot this one, but here goes...
Anyone else intending going to the Roy Hayden Trophy match (County League winners v Senior Cup winners) at Chichester on Wednesday evening? Think it's a 7.15 kick off.
I know it'll be a mix of reserves and youth players for us, but I won't have...
While in the pub on Sunday,

I saw what I presumed to be a bloke with three kids. One lad was about 10-12 and was wearing the black Batman shirt while his younger brother had the Donatello stripes.
Anyone responsible for this outbreak of good taste?
With all the excitement of the forthcoming weekend, this seems to have been missed.
Anyway, in reply to Northants 570, Sussex are:
289-3
Montgomerie 82
Adams 144 not out
Ambrose 19 not out
5th May 1979. Newcastle was a sea of blue and white as the mighty Seagulls were promoted to the 1st Division for the first time ever after a 3-1 victory.
Wasn't there but wish I had been. Had to make do with commentary from the legendary Peter Jones on Radio 2.
God I feel old...
According to Teletext, Bristol City have suspended ticket sales in their East End stand for the rest of the season following an incident against Plymouth.
I'm guessing that this involves home tickets on the other side of the big fence at the away end.
Anyone got any news on what this incident was?
According to BBC Teletext
SUSSEX RE-SIGN GOODWIN
Former Zimbabwe batsman Murray Goodwin
will return to Sussex in 2004 after
agreeing a new one-year contract.
Goodwin was looking for a longer deal,
which the club were...
Don't want to worry anyone, but tomorrow's ref is Mr Phil Joslin, who was last seen ruining our LDV match at QPR.
Best make sure my vocal cords are in good working order...
