[Albion] Food/Drink outside the stadium?

As I'm relying on the trains today I'm getting to the ground well over an hour before kick off, I had intended to meet friends there and have a drink outside the ground. But just remembered they've started work on the new fan zone. Is the only food and drink available inside the ground?

There are mobile beer sellers walking around outside the club shop with big backpacks doing pints of Heineken

Anyone know if you can take food purchased outside into the stadium?

Expecting we will be there at least an hour before KO

Yep they never seem to mind me taking my fish & chips through the turnstiles.

Yes. Bloke and kid next to us usually have a small rucksack full of stuff from Waitrose

Thanks - fancied fish and chips and wasn’t sure if battered cod or a wooden fork were a prohibited item in the stands

Think they have moved actually…..now replaced by someone who’s been hauled out by the stewards for abusing oppo players warming up

This is going to sound mightily controversial, but I wouldn’t mind one the local coffee roasters - Trading Post etc setting up a nice coffee outlet in the stadium. The one they sell from the kiosk is horrendous.
Never a great amount of choice for anyone not drinking beer who also doesn’t want to drink Fanta

For many it will be battered De Zerbi. Which happens to be battered the doormats.
